So, I've decided to quit deviantart finally.
It's been a long time coming, I've found myself coming on here and deleting one or two things everyday because, to be quite honest, I have improved drastically when you compare my old drawings to my new, and they're pretty embarassing. Since my scanner is not compatible with windows vista (big surprise, there) I really have no way of uploading my new stuff, unless I take pictures with a digital camera, and, I'm really not that interested anyways.
In any sense, I will continue to come on here without submitting anything so you'll still see me around the forums, commenting on pictures, faving etc.

Currently painting a birdhouse in my art class.. it's like 6 mini paintings all in one for the silent auction, so I'll update that with pictures once it's done.
& I'm working on a massive painting now, which I totally regret but will have to finish.
Lots of projects to come, got new art supplies etc. and since I'm in a portfolio class now things will be getting done.

Basic Info

My name's Lynz, I'm a 17 year old girl who lives in Hamilton, Ontario. I've been doing art for probably close to two years now (with acception to my quitting times). I'm not really sure of my style since it's sort of an anime/realistic mix depending on how I'm feeling when creating the art. I'm hoping to improve enough to create comics and develope a fan base, but that probably won't happen for a long time. In the long run I would like to make graphic novels, or at the least a high quality webcomic. I love to read them, so if you have one tell me, I'd love to check it out.

Update
I began writing again! I started a few new stories, I'm currently working on two of them, both of which I really hope to complete. One is mystery, and the other has a bit more comedy laced into it. Wish me luck!!

I'm really trying to get back into finishing whole pictures. I don't know what's going on with me, I just can't complete things anymore. I'm going to try to do more digital coloring, perhaps a few more friend portraits etc.

I'm going to be getting a new digital camera in the next few weeks so you can expect some more photography in my gallery too!
